Tilt is a pattern, not a personality flaw
Almost nobody plans to break their own rules. It happens in the four minutes after a bad result, when the plan is no longer the loudest thing in the room. This manual is about the four minutes.
Run a reset, not a rescue
A reset is short, boring and decided in advance: step away, write the number down, and come back only if the plan still makes sense. It is not a strategy for winning the money back.

Esports markets move quickly and resolve quickly. That speed is part of the appeal and part of the risk: a decision that would take a day to make in another market takes eight seconds here. Speed does not remove the underlying arithmetic. Every market carries a margin, meaning the implied probabilities add up to more than the true probabilities. Over a long run of stakes at those prices, the expected value is negative for the person staking. Nothing on this site changes that, and no promotional offer changes the long-run arithmetic of taking those prices repeatedly.
What a person can control is the shape of their own exposure: how much, how often, how fast, and what happens when things go badly. That is the whole subject of this site. It is deliberately unexciting — a checklist culture rather than a hot-tip culture.
